Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may take a little longer.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates vary depending on your location.
• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
• Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Address
