Custom Print-on-Demand Products
Because all of our products are custom printed when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Please double-check your order details and size guides carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

You receive the wrong item or wrong size due to a production error

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.
After that, the order is sent into production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for non-defective products.
However, if you believe your situation qualifies for a review, please reach out — we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with tracking or replacements.
